Harry Hamilton originally joined Executive Manning
Corporation in 2001. Mr. Hamilton is an experienced
Executive Search and Human Resources Consultant specializing
in assisting organizations in both the public and
private sectors.
Mr. Hamilton initiated his consulting career after
a successful career as a corporate executive in
the Information Technology, Telecommunications and
Energy/Power industries. He served as Corporate
Vice President of Human Resources for Siemens Power
Transmission & Distribution. Prior to that he
held executive positions for Siemens Nixdorf Information
Systems, Siemens Nixdorf Printing Systems, Siemens
Information Systems and Tel Plus Communications.
He also held senior management positions with Brown
Boveri9nowABB), Gould and I-T-E.
In 2003 he joined the City of Delray Beach, Florida
as Director, Human Resources to raise the level
of HR services provided to employees and residents.
He successfully completed this assignment and returned
to EMC in 2006.
Mr. Hamilton has extensive business knowledge on
both a domestic and international scale, especially
in Human Resources and Executive Recruitment. Mr
Hamilton has been actively involved in business,
civic, and industry organizations. He has severed
on the Board of Advisors for a marketing Company,
on the Board of Directors for several Chambers of
Commerce, on the Board of Trustees for several Government
Retirement Systems, on the National Human Resources
Council of a major industry association, and as
a Director for several youth organizations. In his
spare time he is a High School basketball referee.
He is a graduate of LaSalle University in Philadelphia,
PA. with a major concentration in Human Relations
management. In 2000, he completed and eighteen-month
senior level international management program sponsored
by Siemens at Duke University.
